StatesMan is a diagnostic and reporting tool for smart devcies, PDAs, phones running Windows Mobile 5 and 6.
It reports the various 'states' of your device for example, Car Kit Present, Headphone Present, Phone Sim Blocked, Phone Operator Name, Phone Signal Strength, Phone GPRS Coverage. StatesMan reports 141 different 'states'. The full list can be found

StatesMan makes use of the latest features of the .NET Compact Framework (.NET CF) to give you the highest performance.
There is a PC MSI (setup.exe) installer which will install StatesMan and the Compact Framework 2.0 SP2 into your ActiveSync so you can install and uninstall from your device as you please. Alternatively you can use the CAB version of StatesMan which you can install directly on your device, however you will need to make sure you also have Compact Framework 2.0 installed aswell. NB: WM6 has CF 2.0 SP2 already built in so it won't be installed again onto WM6 devices.
Supports portrait and landscape modes.
